TEXTURES Natural Hair Care is a black-owned, Dallas based business that provides the best quality natural and organic hair care products online for a low shipping cost. Owner and founder Charlene Walton is very hands on and professional with her business, and she also plans on opening up a store in the DFW area. You can tell she's very passionate about her delivery of natural hair education and quality of the products she provides.

TEXTURES Natural Hair Care hosted a pop up shop at Loc Star Salon and Spa March 25, 2015. Immediately I see all the products on display, as Charlene is giving ladies advice on what products would be best for their hair types. Curls, TGIN, Koils by Nature, Tre'Luxe, and WonderCurl are just a few of the brands that were on display along with satin pillowcases, pineapple sleep caps, satin bonnets, and hair drying tees by Evolve. I was one of the first twenty people to arrive at the event, so I was given a goody bag with some free samples. The free samples consisted of Curls Reparative Leave In Conditioner, TGIN Green Tea Super Moist Leave In Conditioner, TGIN Moisture Rich Sulfate Free Shampoo, TGIN Twist and Define Cream, TGIN Butter Cream Daily Moisturizer, and TGIN Triple Moisture Replenishing Conditioner (which I will be doing product reviews on very soon!)

Charlene gave very good advice, tips and tricks to these women who were looking for the right products for their hair. She knew what every products did and how the product would react to their hair. It's very refreshing to see events like this going on in the DFW area, as not a lot take place here. I had fun and loved learning about what ingredients help for dryness, breakage, etc. This was such a great experience and I encourage all of my naturalistas to seek out events like this to attend.
